At Shalom Studio and Events Photography, we communicate what beautiful images speak to engage life with more meaning. We curate professional headshots - individual and groups; family and lifestyle location shoots that are for keeps. There is no project too small to be considered for a photoshoot.
SS&E will deliver professional honest-to-goodness products and services to our clients. We value quality over quantity and put highest emphasis on human relationships. We warmly welcome referrals. Minimal advertising can bring total costs down. We make artful images in the comfort of your own home or work environment.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT - "We" refers to the company SS&E or Jojo Melendres being the photographer. "You" refers to the client. We collect personal information that can identify you as an individual having your name, email address, phone number, physical address and a photo in our client database. These same set of information about the photographer is shared to you on a matter of personal and business level reasons.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION -We only use your personal information to conduct business limited to providing the products and services of this photography business. You can receive advertisements only from SS&E. We use your name, and address when using third party services like US Postal Mail and other courier services. We will never divulge or sell your personal information to other entities or business contacts. We can share your personal information to family members, friends and business associates only upon your verbal or written permission. Your consent will be indicated whenever and wherever your photo will be released to public domains like print, radio, TV, or social media via internet. SS&E website will display your photo and first name as part of the the business platform to showcase the craft and talent. All your images are copyrighted and will bear the SS&E or Jojo Melendres photo signature when downloaded.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION -We store personal information in paid cloud services of Microsoft, Google, and Backblaze. These industry leading business establishments are the framework of our modern day IT infrastructure. These companies also uphold their own strict precautions, and apply bank-grade level encryption, to effect secured data storage and handling. SS&E uses state of the art desktop and portable computers to handle information and manage data security. Your images are stored using encrypted hard disks and backed up securely 24/7.
HOW WE INFORM YOU OF PRIVACY NOTICE UPDATES -We are dutifully bound to notify you of any privacy notice changes and problems related to data management primarily thru email. We will inform you via postal mail if you do not have email.We will ensure receipt of our communication with our clients 100% of the time using relevant communications methods / technology (e.g. phone calls, SMS, or even face-to-face meeting). Privacy notices will be released and informed to you in a recurring manner every January.
SHALOM STUDIO AND EVENTS does not track your activity in the internet, nor does it store your personal information in its website.
